Acceptance

By using designschools.in you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update the terms, and the "Last updated" date shows when.

Information only

Content is provided "as is" for general information. It is not legal, financial, admission or career advice. Confirm admissions, eligibility, fees and dates with each school. See the disclaimer.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

The text, data compilations, structure and design of the site belong to designschools.in or its licensors. School names, logos and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Personal, non-commercial use and short quotations with a link back are allowed.

Third-party links, ads and affiliates

We link to official websites for convenience and are not responsible for their content or practices. If we add advertising or affiliate links, they will be labelled.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to INR 1,000. Where the law does not allow an exclusion or limit, it applies only as far as the law permits.

General terms

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms. We are not liable for failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We may suspend access at any time. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms are the whole agreement about your use of the site.

Disputes and governing law

  1. Raise the issue first through the contact form under "Legal / copyright / takedown". We aim to resolve it within 30 days.
  2. If it is not resolved, the dispute goes to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat is Hyderabad, Telangana.
  3. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad have jurisdiction, subject to arbitration. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief to protect intellectual property.
