Takedown and copyright requests
To report infringing or unwanted material, use the contact form and choose "Legal / copyright / takedown". Schools that want a listing changed or removed can use the same route.
What to include
- Your details and, for a school, how we can confirm the request comes from the school.
- The work or listing concerned.
- The address (URL) of the page on this site.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised or that the information is wrong.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to make it.
What we do
We acknowledge requests within 7 days. We review the notice and remove or correct the material where the claim has merit. The person who supplied the material may send a counter-notice. We have no general duty to monitor the site.
