Corrections policy
If something on DesignSchools is wrong or out of date, please tell us. Schools may also ask us to update or remove their listing.
How to report an error
- Use the "Report an issue" link on the page, or open the contact form and choose "Content correction".
- Give the page address, what is wrong, and a link to the official source that shows the correct fact.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your report within 7 days.
- We check the claim against the official source. Once it is verified, we correct a factual error within 3 working days and update the page's "last verified" date.
- If we cannot confirm a fact, we remove it or replace it with a link to the official website.
Record of corrections
When a correction changes something significant, we note it at the end of the page: "Corrected on [date]: what changed".
Takedown and update requests from schools
We list only information that is publicly published. A school can ask us to correct or remove its listing through the takedown route. Include the school name and a way for us to confirm that the request comes from the school.
